Content manager in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for a content manager to work with internal communication at a mil-tech enterprise in Kyiv.

Administration of SharePoint and Teams

Access settings content moderation

Creating and publishing content

• Preparing news, announcements and updates for SharePoint/Teams

• Writing articles about achievements, changes and important events

• Scheduling posts based on business priorities

• Ensuring regularity and varietycontent

• Coordinating deadlines with the designer and other stakeholders

Collecting and designing stories success

• Interviewing employees and teams

• Creating cases about projects and achievements

• Supporting recognition programs through content

Supporting cultural initiatives

• Creating materials for communicating values and mission

• Content for well-being programs and corporate events

• Employee advocacy support

Documentation management

• guidelines

• Supporting the template library in SharePoint

• Structure of knowledge for easy access

Interaction with the team

• Collaboration with the designer on visual design

• Getting insights from the content analyst

• Assisting employees in working with SharePoint/Teams

Consulting managers regarding internal communications 

> font-style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal">Experience in working with SharePoint and managing access rightsor desire to quickly learn and understand these programs

Strong copywriting and editing skills in the Ukrainian language

Experience in managing content interviewing and gathering information from various stakeholders

• Understanding the principles of internal communications

Technical competencies: 

• Microsoft 365 confident user (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint) 

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS would be a plus
