Content maker/SMM specialist (project work for 6 months with knowledge of English/or Italian language) in Staff Service

The Trade Exchange Development Department of the Embassy of Italy in Ukraine is opening a vacancy for Content Maker/SMM Specialist to work on the project "Advertising campaign to promote cosmetic products of Italian origin in Ukraine" (estimated start date of work on the project: 15/01/26, term - 6 months).

Goal of the project: increase recognition Italian goods on the Ukrainian market; increase in sales of Italian goods; creating a positive image of Italian products.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and coordination: control of advertising campaigns in social networks conducted by the project partner; providing support to the director in monitoring the activities carried out by the partner and ensuring their compliance with the marketing plan; regular monitoring of all costs within the project.
2. Content and communication: development of communication strategy and design of information materials, independent creation of concise and effective content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
3. Documentation and administrative support: preparation and editing of project documentation in Ukrainian, Italian and/or English; performance of general office management and coordination tasks.

Candidate requirements:

• Specialist or Master’s degree.
• Minimum one year of work experience in office management or project administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian,
• Proficiency in English and/or in Italian languages at an above-average level
• Sufficient command of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with video conferencing software.
• Practical skills with SMM tools (e.g. Canva, Vn, Sprout Social, Livedune) and ability to analyze data.
• Confident use of social networks Instagram and LinkedIn.
