Content Maker / SMM (Sense & Virality) in Star Way Media

We have been working on the Ukrainian market for over 10 years.

Our team is looking for Content Maker / SMM (Sense & Virality), The key task of which will be the transformation of ideas and expert opinions into viral video content. 
duties:
1. Work with meanings and create script packaging (analyzing source materials and extracting key meaning from them, turning complex expert opinions into simple, understandable and catchy scripts for short videos, creating titles and the first 3 seconds of videos that are guaranteed to stop scrolling).

2. Create visual packaging and dynamic montage (withcreating videos from ready-made footage, streams, b-roll or archival recordings of the speaker (without trips to shooting), using dynamic changes of frames, zooms, sound effects, subtitles and graphics, eesthetic design of visuals).

3. Viral content architecture(aadaptation of content to social network algorithms, ttesting of different formats of presenting the same information to find the "golden vein" of coverage)

4. Adaptation of trends to the niche (regular monitoring of trends (sounds, visual techniques, memes), and intellectual advertisingtrend adaptation)

5. Analytics and improvement(аanalysis of the effectiveness of the released videos, constant povercoming errors).

What is important for this position?

• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Proficient knowledge of CapCut / VN (for fast dynamic reels) and/or Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve (for more complex editing).
• The ability to "cut" a video so as not to lose the viewer's attention (J-cuts, L-cuts, matches, transitions, zooms).
• Experience with typography (fonts, animated titles, subtitles), color correction, adding graphic elements (stickers, dies, overlays).
• Writing concise titles and abstracts on videos that intrigue and sell the idea of viewing.
• In-depth understanding of the workings of algorithmsInstagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Knowledge of technical requirements of platforms (safe zones, formats, export). style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience using artificial intelligence to speed up work (automatic subtitles, sound enhancement, generation of ideas or visual elements).
• Ability to work with cloud storage (Google Drive / DropBox), maintain order in files and projects.
• Independent time management: the ability to meet deadlines without constant control.
