Solid English School, school #1 for IT and Digital specialists in Ukraine, looking for a creative and proactive "Content Manager". We are confidently moving towards the goal of making the Ukrainian IT community English-speaking. As part of the scaling of the marketing department, we are expanding the team and looking for new talents. If you know how to generate ideas for cool content of various formats, have the skills to organize shootings and participate in them - we are on our way :)

Who we are looking for :

• relevant work experience from 2 years (SMM/marketing agencies, product companies, freelance platforms);
• experience of working with EdTech projects will be a plus;
• availability of cases with video creatives;
• advanced skills in working with design tools;
• experience of active use of AI (Chat GPT, Midjourney, etc);
• skills in working with programs for video editing and creating animations (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects);
• knowledge of SMM and modern trends in social networks;
• ability to edit reels and stories, videos for TikTok and YouTube;
• script writing skills for video clips of various formats;
• shooting organization skills;
• understanding the basics of targeting;
• skills of pitching their projects;
• command of the English language at the B2 level and above;
• initiative, creative approach, analytical abilities, time management skills, ability to work in a team.

Future responsibilities :

• formation of content plan;
• timely publication of posts and stories for all social networks;
• creative development (photo/video);
• editing and publication of videos and reels;
• participation in filming for content;
• organization of filming;
• writing scripts for videos;
• conducting competitor analysis and creating and testing hypotheses to strengthen the interaction of subscribers with the company's social networks;
• participation in the analysis of strategy effectiveness and advertising in social networks;
• communication with the team within the marketing department and other departments of the company.
