We are currently looking for a skilled Contenr Lead-a who will bring our content to the TOP in the fitness niche.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in SMM;
• Creative, able to create interesting content and adapt it to different platforms;
• Compiled a content plan for a month ahead, with an understanding of the goal of each content unit;
• You conduct an analysis of content statistics, deeply understand metrics, deriving hypotheses, conclusions;
• You have a good understanding of Instagram tools and algorithms;
• You have experience managing reels, tiktok from idea to implementation;
• You have the skills of video editing and post design, you are fluent in the relevant tools;
• Knows how to think through funnels for attracting subscribers
• Loves working in a team, but is capable of self-organization and autonomy;
• You have a focus on the result and a high degree of responsibility.

Your duties will include:

• Implementation of content in the blog (editing, design);
• Analysis of content statistics, formation of hypotheses, conclusions and plan of further actions;
• Organization of photo-video-shooting for the blogger;
• Forming a visual with the meanings of the blogger's page on Instagram;
• Broadcast positioning in the blog (in content and visuals);
• Approval of the content plan for the month (for Instagram blogger, additional account, in the future also for TikTok, Shorts);
• Writing technical tasks for designers if it is necessary to create additional posts, pdf materials, etc.;
• Community building: management of interaction with the audience, responses to comments and feedback;
• Monthly reporting and adjustment of the work plan;
• Study and implementation of current trends in SMM marketing and content.
