Position Overview: Weare seeking atalented Content Team Lead tojoin our growing team. You will beintroducing new creative ideas toproduce content tailored toaniche audience ofsecurity practitioners who are often allergic tomarketing. Understanding ofthe connection between created content and business goals isamust. Agood sense ofhumor ishighly welcomed! Responsibilities: Acquire adeep knowledge ofthe UnderDefense’s solutions and customer challenges toclearly articulate the unique selling points. Develop and implement acomprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall business goals. Manage content planning process. Manage ateam of2-3 content writers. Write, edit, and produce high-quality articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website pages, and other written content. Craft engaging social media posts, LinkedIn newsletters, and marketing memes that resonate with our audience and amplify our brand. Create scenarios for videos, manage the video creation process. Develop and refine in-app messages, tooltips, and other user-facing content toenhance user experience. Dive deep into industry topics toensure content accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. Contribute tothe development and refinement ofour content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs. Utilize best practices inSEO tomaximize content visibility and engagement. Monitor content performance metrics and adapt strategies based ondata-driven insights. Maintain aconsistent brand voice and message across all content platforms. Qualifications: Noless than 2–3 years ofcontent writing experience, atleast one year inthe B2B SaaS space. Proven experience creating content for social media, newsletters, and in-product communications, blogs etc. Strong understanding ofB2B audiences and the ability totailor content totheir needs.
