And today, the Design Department of Starlight Media invites a designer to cooperate. of content graphics.

Your tasks will be:

• creating graphic design for digital assets of the holding in compliance with the brand book, visual standards and stylistics;

• development and optimization of covers for YouTube and video content with a focus on attracting the attention of the audience and stable growth of the CTR indicator;

• participation in the development of video design and accompanying visual materials for digital channels;

• interaction with the content team in order to ensure the integrity of the visual and communication components;

• support, development and management of design systems in Figma to ensure a unified visual approach.                                             

normal">work experience in a similar position from 2years- mandatory;
• possession Figma,  Adobe Creative suite, Krea, Midjourney, Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), YouTube - as a user;
• English language proficiency level - Intermediate;

• ability to create non-standard visual solutions: collages, channel and page design, covers with a focus on increasing clickability;

• result orientation, responsibility for quality and meeting deadlines;

• ability to create non-standard and effective visual solutions that distinguish content and increase its clickability;

• effective interaction with the team and a partnership approach in work.
