We daily find products that may interest the consumer on the Ukrainian market on such sites as 1688, Alibaba, AliExpress, Amazon, etc. For each such product, we create a separate landing page and launch targeted advertising. Now we are developing and we will be happy to take a Team Leader of the content department to join us if: you can manage a team of 12 people, and you have experience in management; you have experience in creating photo and text content for at least 2 years; you understand what Targeted advertising is (experience in creating advertising will be an advantage); you understand what an emotional purchase is and how to create content that sells; you can analyze the product and find out what customer pain points it solves; you have high Photoshop and copywriting skills. Your tasks: manage a team of content managers, monitor quality and by the number of completed sites; optimization of working moments, optimization of the working environment, communication with the department and other departments as needed; conducting interviews and teaching new content as needed; developing a training base for content; supervise third-party specialists, for example, to change the site template or CRM integration (landings are created on the site designer); We offer: remote work; timely salary 2 times a month; paid internship for 2 weeks; bonuses and bonuses; work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. :00 Mon-Fri; taking courses for your development.
