Responsibilities: Brainstorm and generate creatives for the company and implement them on shoots; Write technical specifications for contractors (photographers, videographers, models, ugc); Shoot content on the phone; Mount the filmed content on the phone; Set tasks for contractors and monitor execution; Search for studios, models and contractors for shooting; Organize shootings (photo and video) from A to Z (be responsible for the entire process and result); Search for ideas and analyze competitors' creatives; Fulfill tasks and goals from the manager and set yourself goals for the year and month; KPI: Content ready and agreed with the manager.
