Content creator (SMM Content Creator) in Persha Privatna Brovarnya

We, First Private Brewery, are an ambitious Ukrainian company that is constantly growing and innovating.

We invite to our team a Content Maker - a person who generates content ideas, writes texts, shoots content on the phone, prepares scripts for Reels/Stories/TikTok.

Key tasks:

• Generate content ideas for social networks of PPB brands (columns, formats, scripts, interactives)
• Create scripts for Reels / TikTok / Stories / YouTube Shorts: hook, structure, key messages, CTA
• Prepare texts for posts and stories (descriptions, summaries, titles, video captions, interactive story formats)
• Conduct filming of content on a smartphone: framing, angles, short “live” videos of production, events, tastings, backstage
• Collect references and trends (TikTok, Reels), adapt them to brands PPB
• Form TOR for the editor / motion designer: what to shoot, how to edit, what dynamics, where the credits are, where to insert the product, what mood
• Work in conjunction with SMM specialists when creating content plans for brands
• Assist in filming with production content for campaigns (storyboards, shot lists, storyboards)
• Together with the team, test different content formats (UGC, trending sounds, interactive, polls) and analyze what works best
• Promptly adapt content to current info drives, new products, promotions, special offers

Requirements for our candidate:

• Preferred higher or unfinished higher education in the field of marketing, journalism, advertising, media communications, PR or related fields
• Availability of a portfolio, cases and experience in SMM / content instead of formal education
• 1.5-2+ years of work experience in positions: content maker, SMM specialist, content creator, video content manager.
• Desirable experience working with commercial brands (FMCG, beverages, retail, HoReCa, lifestyle)
• Mandatory experience in working with content for social networks: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (Reels, Stories, posts, short videos)
• Skills in creating short dynamic videos "in line with trends" Reels/TikTok
• Ability to add subtitles, graphic elements, stickers, CTAs to videos
• Accurate in working with files and structures (project folders, archives, versions).
• Quick work with repetitive formats (series of columns, regular columns in stories/posts)
• Basic smartphone shooting skills (framing, light, angles) are desirable
• Understanding the specifics of social networks
• Ability to structure content: columns, content plans, balance image and promotional content
• Skills of copywriting for social networks: simple, lively, conversational texts without "clericalism"
• Basic skills of shooting on a smartphone (framing, light, basic composition).
• Working with references: selection, preservation, creation of moodboards for the designer/editor
• Basic skills of working with simple editors (CapCut, InShot, TikTok/Instagram built-in editors) for rough editing
• Understanding basicmarketing goals: why do we shoot content recognition, engagement, sales, traffic, loyalty.
