Xtreme Fitness Gyms is the fastest growing chain of fitness clubs in Poland. Currently, we have over 60 dynamically operating locations, and by 2027 there will be 227 of them. By supporting them on this path, we want to create the largest fitness community in the world together. We are looking for a candidate for the position of: Content Creator. Your responsibilities: Creating a coherent content calendar focused on achieving the goal. Working with a publication schedule. Content distribution planning. Managing multiple (20+, branches of one brand) profiles on the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok. Creating content for posts and recommending multimedia production. Designing and organizing community activations. Creating effective texts at every stage of the shopping funnel (experience in short and long forms preferred). Handling direct messages and maintaining relationships with fans. Analysis and reporting according to established KPIs. Our requirements: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an independent position. The ability to create effective content. Ability to effectively distribute content. Experience in establishing partnerships and/or influencer cooperation is desirable. Perfect knowledge of the Polish language. Knowledge of English at a communicative level is desirable. Ability to independently prepare multimedia materials at a basic level. Knowledge of tools: Brand24, Sotrender, etc. Ability to optimize working time using AI tools. Accuracy, diligence and efficiency in taking actions. Goal-oriented and finding solutions.
