Content Creator in Xtreme Fitness Gyms

Xtreme Fitness Gyms is the fastest growing chain of fitness clubs in Poland. Currently, we have over 60 dynamically operating locations, and by 2027 there will be 227 of them. We are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Content Creator < /p>

Your responsibilities:

• Creating effective texts at every stage of the contract sales funnel franchise
• (short and long text forms addressed to potential franchisees)
• Creating a coherent content calendar aimed at achieving the goal
• Cooperation with a PR agency
< li> Co-creating press releases for industry and national media
• Preparing production scenarios for short video forms (podcasts, customer testimonials)
• Planning content distribution on various channels
• Work with a schedule of publications in own and external media
• Managing B2B profiles on platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Creating content for posts and recommending multimedia production (video, graphics)
• Analysis and reporting according to established KPIs.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an independent position.
• The ability to create effective content .
• Ability to effectively distribute content.
• Experience in establishing partnerships and/or influencer cooperation is desirable.
• Perfect knowledge of the Polish language .
• Communicative knowledge of English is desirable.
• Ability to independently prepare multimedia materials at a basic level.
• Knowledge of tools: Brand24, Sotrender etc.
• Ability to optimize working time using AI tools.
• Accuracy, diligence and efficiency in taking actions.
• Goal-oriented and looking for solutions.
