What should a bank contact center do?

• First fully learn the basics of banking: products and services of the bank (don't worry, we teach everything almost from scratch!)
• Then actively and politely communicate with the Bank's customers by phone, chat and e-mail
• Manage banking services, advise on products and customer service conditions
