We invite to our team an Operatorcontact center for the lifecell project (incoming line).

The following interesting tasks await you:

  • Reception incoming calls from lifecell subscribers.
  • Providing advice on mobile communications and solving subscribers' questions.
  • Making offers and selling promotions, services and tariffs.
  • Working with the database and entering the necessary information.

Us I would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

  • Competent Ukrainian language.
  • Availability of a PC or laptop, headset and stable Internet.
  • Empathy, sociability.
  • Skills of logical and mathematical thinking.
  • English not mandatory, but it will be an advantage and a plus to your payment.
