Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative support to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Effectively resolve and coordinate customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Interaction experience: You have at least six months of successful work experience in contact - centers or call centers. You know how to flexibly and efficiently solve tasks in a demanding environment.
• Fast Learning: You learn new skills and concepts quickly. Technical or business aspects, you are always ready to expand your knowledge.
• Empathy and communication: You communicate freely with people and find a common language even in the most difficult situations. Your communication skills help you understand your customers' needs and provide them with the right support.
• Agility: Multitasking and organization are your strengths. You will cope with an increased workload and rapid changes in tasks.
• Initiative: You actively try to achieve your goals and objectives. You initiate new approaches and show a creative approach at work.
• Responsibility: You take responsibility for your work and compliance with your obligations. You are dedicated to the task and always take responsibility for the result.
• Analytical approach: You like to analyze data, uncover facts and make informed decisions. This helps you understand your customers' needs and provide them with quality answers.
