Due to active development, we are opening a vacancy for a quality control manager in our company. What will you do: reception and processing complaints from customers (calls, chats, letters); identification of reasons for complaints; settlement of verbal and written complaints, search for a compromise solution; control and report on the closure of complaints. Our wishes for the employee's knowledge and skills: higher education; experience working in a call center/ manager of the monitoring department/manager of the quality department; confident user of MS Office, Excel; developed communication skills, competent oral and written communication; understanding of customer-oriented service; stress resistance, ability to work in multitasking mode. Will be an advantage: knowledge of the English language.
