We are strengthening the staff of the contact center, therefore, to work on the hotline with the company's existing customers, we are looking for a printing operator, a master of providing the best customer service and a professional who will be happy to satisfy the most demanding customers. What we offer in terms of salary: the rate of the first month of work 18,000 UAH stipend (three times a month) stipend stipend after the trial period 18,000/ 19,000/ 20,000 UAH (determined by qualification 1−2−3 category) candidates without work experience in polygraphy training period rate 50% Main duties: Reception of incoming calls, work with IP telephony High-quality service for existing customers for the company's services Guiding the client on the site, consulting on current issues Making outgoing calls (notifying customers about orders) Communication with other departments at any stage of the order to speed up the readiness and receipt of products by the customer We are waiting for you in our team, if you have: Experience in printing, knowledge of products, printing technologies is mandatory. We also consider candidates without experience in printing, with a longer period of study. Competently spoken language, fluent in Ukrainian for communication and correspondence. Ability to convey information qualitatively, work with objections, argue one's position. Experience working in a contact (call) center, online store.
