Responsibilities will include: Accepting incoming calls regarding: connecting new customers, supporting existing customers. Processing outgoing calls regarding: work with receivables, reconciliation reports. Work with invoices, email requests from Clients. Work with requests from Clients in CRM. Our expectations: Experience in the field of customer service, call / contact center is desirable. Confident PC user (MSOffice: Word, Excel). Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Willingness to learn, ability to work with complaints, stress resistance, activity, free dialogue with the client. We offer: Salary: 13,000 -19,000 (Rate + KPI + part-time). Working hours: 9:00 — 18:00, or 12:00 — 21:00 (transport by taxi to the subway) from Monday to Friday, + lunch + technical breaks, 2 one week work in the office, 2 weeks remotely.
