WHAT TO DO?

• consult customers on the online store hotline
process online orders on time
• help customers solve problematic issues (return, exchange of goods)
• record customer requests
• record complaints and feedback from customers
• transfer information from customer requests to partners and to the offline department store
• lead communications in the chat on the site, messengers and mail
• create selections at the client's request, provide advice on selecting images and combining things
• keep supporting documentation

• high communication skills

• clear diction and perfect command of the Ukrainian language (knowledge of foreign languages ​​is welcome)

  
  

• work experience in 1c, CRM, Microsoft Officer (will be your advantage)
