Your area of responsibility will be: local market. Development and implementation of a comprehensive consumer journey strategy (consideration > trial > use > retention)

  • Participation in strategic and annual planning of brand activation initiatives, including omnichannel consumer engagement programs. 

  •  

  • Determine the role of each channel (Own Retail, e-commerce, trade, HoReCa, digital, Consumer Care) in the consumer journey. 

  • Develop strategies for each channel according to consumer needs and regulatory requirements. 

  • Optimize distribution models to support trial, learning, conversion and retention. 

  • Ensure a consistent experience across all channels, leveraging the strengths of each. 

  • Align channel strategy with sales, retail and operational capabilities. 

  • Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing and activation programs at all stages of the consumer funnel using key performance indicators (KPI). 

  •  

  • Analysis of internal and external data to understand consumer needs, market trends and competitive environment. 

  • Evaluating brand performance (strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and risks) and initiating changes in brand or portfolio strategy. 

  • Interaction with analytics and research teams to generate marketing and consumer research requests. 

  • Planning, control and optimization of the brand activation budget with a focus on investment efficiency and achieving optimal ROI. 

  • Definition of commercial priorities and optimal allocation of resources according to business goals, KPIs and local regulatory requirements. 

  • * Reduced Risk Products (RRP) are products that have the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking.

    Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:

    • Higher education, preferably in the field of marketing, communications or business

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing environment in FMCG (alcohol or tobacco industry preferred) or consumer electronics

    • Native Ukrainian and fluent English

    • Fromgood knowledge of MS Office (with a focus on Excel, Power Point). Experience in Power BI, SimilarWeb

    • Experience in planning and managing Direct-To-Consumer, CRM, social media, SEO, e-commerce, traditional channels and consumer data collection (SEO, google analytics), web content management and digital marketing

    • Experience brand ecosystem management, including internal and external monitoring and management of online marketing policies

    • Experience in project management

    • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

    • Responsibility for your result and independence in decision-making
