We are looking for a person who likes to think, analyze and explain the complex in simple words – and does it systematically.

- understand how consumer decisions affect brand and communications
- work with research confidently: from brief to recommendations
- know that deadlines do not "burn" when research is properly planned
- love order in files, methodologies and conclusions

What will you do:
- plan and prioritize research in relation to business and marketing objectives
- research the consumer, brand and market: motivations, barriers, drivers of choice
- conduct brand health tracking and analyze brand and category dynamics
- test communication concepts, messages and creatives
- evaluate the effectiveness of ATL, Digital, SMM and PR in terms of impact
- work with research agencies: quality, timing, methodologies
- translate insights into clear recommendations for brand, communications and business
- and yes, there will also be documents (but they are usually very logical here).
Who we are looking for:
- Consumer Insights / Insight Manager / Research / Strategy / Analytics specialist
- 3+ years experience in consumer insights, marketing research or strategy
- understanding of FMCG or multi-brand environments
- experience working with quant and qual studies
- strong analytical skills and ability to articulate conclusions
- interest in culture, trendsand behavioral changes
- independence, structure and the ability to defend a professional opinion
- English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
