PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:Contribute to Consumer Activation Strategy development, which serves brands' needs and market specifics. Develop and deliver Consumer Activation infrastructural tools aimed at Legal Age Smokers (LAS) retention, LAU acquisition as well as overall equity enhancement of PMI brands.OBJECTIVES: Co-develop consumer activation programs/events for the assigned brands in close cooperation with Brand Groups Proactively search for innovative tools and solutions available on the mark
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:Contribute to Consumer Activation Strategy development, which serves brands' needs and market specifics. Develop and deliver Consumer Activation infrastructural tools aimed at Legal Age Smokers (LAS) retention, LAU acquisition as well as overall equity enhancement of PMI brands.OBJECTIVES: Co-develop consumer activation programs/events for the assigned brands in close cooperation with Brand Groups Proactively search for innovative tools and solutions available on the market or could be sourced from other markets (best-practices) in order to find the most effective methods of consumer activation Support development of Bottom Up activities (Regional initiatives) by providing recommendations regarding tools utilization & help with creative materials development & approval Infrastructural tools development. Develop selection, motivation and evaluation systems of 3rd party consumer information teams (e.g Hostess Teams, Brand Experts, Communities, etc.) Contribute into development of educational and training tools for 3rd party teams Manage collaboration with third party agency providing hostess services (tender process, contract, procedures) Provide Regional consumer activation teams with the guidelines for annual activities planning &implementation principles Monitor results of consumer activation programs / events, conduct regular field visitsREQUIREMENTS: Higher Education (University Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics is a plus) Working Experience: 2-4 years previous experience in FMCG industry in the area of field / promo force and / or brand marketing Analytical thinking and ability to work with complex information Strong organizational and communication skills English - upper-intermediate Computer skills: excellent knowledge of PC Software (MS Office) with the focus on Excel and Power PointWHAT WE OFFER: You will work in truly international environment You will get unique development opportunities You will enjoy building your network among highly professional colleagues You will get competitive level of compensation & social package Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Не застосовується Тип зайнятості Інше Посадові обов’язки Маркетинг Галузі Виробництво і Виробництво тютюну
