Expert in consultative user support in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Eastern Europe Foundation, within the framework of the "Digital Transformation Support" (DTA) project, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the provision of user advisory support services.

Service start: August 2024 year.

Term of the contract: to the end of 2024 with a possible extension.

Tasks within contract:

• Advising users about creating administrator accounts.
• Providing support in the processes of moderation and publication of open data sets.
• Accepting, registering, and responding to user requests for working with datasets, helping with hosting datasets, and other related issues.
• Providing advice to users on the operation of the web portal.
• Conducting trainings and webinars for information managers to improve their skills in working with open data.
• Collecting feedback from users and submitting suggestions for improving the capabilities and usability of the system.
• Preparation of information materials (press releases, news, articles, informational notes, theses for speeches, etc.) for further publication on the web portal.
• Preparation of updated information for the portal taking into account legal requirements and user needs.
• Writing and editing user instructions.
• Participation in working groups on the development of the open data ecosystem.

Requirements for contest participants:

• Education (Bachelor's level and above) in IT, management, public administration, etc.
• Experience of 1 (one) year or more, preferably as a user support operator, technical support or similar position.
• Fluency in competent Ukrainian language.
• Confident email communication skills with elements of basic automation.

Additional preference will be given to applications from members who have:

• Experience with web portals and databases.
• Experience in writing and/or editing technical documentation (technical task, feasibility study).
• Understanding general principles of information security.
