Skills:

• Higher technical education
• Expert knowledge and experience of working with the SAP system CRM 2-3 years
• Learning at SAP courses from one or more areas of SAP ISU/CRM is desirable
• Knowledge of business process description methodology, development of requirements for information systems
• Knowledge of SAP system implementation and support methodology (ASAP, RunSAP, ALM, SAP Activate) is desirable
• Knowledge of ABAP programming language: — SAP Enhancements, BADIs, User-Exits, SMARTFORMS, Dialog programming, Workflow, RFCs, Function Modules, WEB UI, WEB-services
• Developments/Debugging and bug fixing/Dynamic programming
• English at the pre-intermediate level and above

Responsibilities:

• Support, configuration and development of SAP CRM business processes.
• Execution of development, drafting of regulations, description of settings.
