Selection of a consultant for registration and legal support of the global community TV network

Employment

Part-time

Main job duties:

• provide legal support for the process of state registration of the global community TV network;

• prepare and finalize the necessary founding and registration documents (statutes, registration certificates, status of a non-profit organization, requests for official statements, certificates or other documents, etc.);

• perform legal review and adaptation of international documents in accordance with the legislation of the country of registration;

• hold working meetings with the founders of the organization in order to approve the founding documents;

• submit all necessary registration documents to the relevant state bodies;

• take other legal actions necessary to successfully complete the registration process.

Requirements for candidates

• higher legal education;

• confirmexperience in the registration of public organizations or legal support for the creation of international public organizations;

• knowledge of legislation regarding the registration of non-profit organizations;

• experience with international organizations;" documents;

• skills to support administrative and legal registration procedures;
