Requirements: Higher technical education in the field of automobile or mechanical engineering; Driver's license of category "B" Work experience in automobile service from 1 year; Good communication skills, active life position, Responsibilities. Responsibilities: Greeting customers, answering phone calls; Advising customers on services, maintenance and repair of cars; Conducting incoming express diagnostics, selection of services and spare parts, cost calculation, agreement with the customer; Acceptance of the car for service, preparation of accompanying documentation, transfer to the workshop, approval of the repair period; Quality control and deadlines for the work performed.
