Pecode is an IT company with 6 years of experience. We are building a community that is not just client-oriented, but must set certain standards in everything: from communication with the client and in the team to providing high-quality services.

We are looking for consultants for the web development department with a deep understanding of React.js, Node.js or React Native technologies.

• have at least 4 years of experience with JS and one of the technologies (React.js, Node.js, React Native) ;
• you know the UI framework - Next.js;
• you understand well how to work with Prisma, TypeORM, Redux libraries;
• you have experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Dynamodb, Mongodb);
• you know Git well;
• you have the art of estimating projects of various complexity;
• you have experience in building processes in a development team;
• had many interviews as a technical specialist and know how to determine the technical level of the candidate;
• you have experience in code review.

What you need to work with:

• conducting technical interviews and determining the level according to the competence framework;
• revising the code of our teammates;
• project estimation;
• help in setting up and optimizing processes for the web department.
