Consultant on development of social services in communities in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region" NEEKA organizes a competition for the position of "Consultant for the development of social services in communities" under the conditions of full-time employment under the UNICEF project "Multisectoral program for humanitarian response, delivery of "last mile" aid and early recovery in Western and Central Ukraine"

Requirements for candidates:

-Higher education in the social sphere or related fields;

-Experience of working in social/humanitarian projects;

-Knowledge of the legislative framework for the protection of children and families;

Understanding international standards;

-Skills for planning programs, budgets;

-Leadership, stress resistance, adaptability, diplomacy, attention to safety and details.

Main duties:

1. Consulting services for authorities and partners regarding the implementation of the deinstitutionalization reform and the development of services in the community.

2. Services for analysis of needs and provision of recommendations to improve the system of protection of children and families.

3. Services for the organization of educational events, round tables and working meetings in the field of care reform.

4. Services for the preparation of monthly and annual reports on the work performed.
