The purpose of the competition
Selecting a consultant for the development of the 2027-2029 Strategic Planning session." text-decoration: none">Part-time.

Analysis of the organization's documents: annual reports, charter, internal policies, previous strategies (if available), program description.Conducting interviews with representatives of the organization (management, program and financial management).
Preparation of an analytical report: SWOT/PEST or another format for evaluating the organization's activities, external and internal environment.
Providing proposals for the strategy session and development of the Strategy adapted to the needs of the organization.
Development of the Organization's Development Strategy for 2027-2029: formation of a strategic vision and mission (for update needs); definition of key strategic goals and objectives (advocacy impact, community development, social accountability, services, communications, organizational development, etc.); development of a model of expected results and indicators; determination of strategic risks and ways to minimize them. Drafting of the Strategy, including pan implementation plan with an indication of priorities and possible sources of resources.
Preparation for the organization's Strategic Planning session: development of the strategic planning session program; presentation, coordination with the management and project team of the organization's development strategy, finalization of the document, taking into account amendments and suggestions; facilitation of the organization's Strategic Planning session for 2027-2029 higher education in the field of public health, management, administration or related fields; will be an advantage;
experience as a consultant in strategic planning, organizational development or project management;
work experience or understanding of the field of public health in Ukraine, in particular in the direction of the fight against tuberculosis (TB) will be an advantage;
professional skills facilitation, moderation of group discussions and consensus decision-making;
analytical skills and the ability to form the logic of strategic influence;
