Experience in supporting IT systems and handling user requests from 2 years. Experience, ability and desire to train users. Experience writing instructions and regulatory documents. Having experience working with document management systems, especially Megapolis.DocNet, and electronic signatures will be a big plus. Having experience in forming technical tasks, their approval, testing and implementation of functionality will be a big plus. The ability to concisely form opinions in oral and written form. What you will do: Studying the Megapolis.DocNet document flow system. Processing system user appeals and providing advice on the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document flow system.
