Alliance.Global Public Organization within the framework of the project "Strengthening the capacity and access of MSM and other groups to HIV services and paralegal assistance, national advocacy, interaction and communication" in cooperation with the National LGBTI Consortium and with the support of BO "100 PERCENT OF LIFE", re-announces the competition for the vacancy Consultant for regional coordination of MSM/LGBT in the city of Kyiv.

I. Technical tasks for a consultant for regional coordination of MSM/LGBT in the city of Kyiv (detailed responsibilities):

• Peer-to-peer counseling, in particular to attract new MSM for referral to HIV prevention and treatment programs, care and support for PLHIV, paralegal and psychological assistance, humanitarian programs, receiving social services, etc.; provision of direct humanitarian assistance;
• Organization of group events to strengthen the leadership and organizational capacity of MSM in the regions, improve mental health, and also to promote better resocialization of MSM-IDPs in new conditions for them;
• Development of volunteerism and activism among MSM/LGBTIQ+ in the region, involvement of new leaders in the work cell, increasing the "visibility" of the community in the region;
• Coordination and interaction with partner NGOs, international and local organizations and institutions, in particular medical, with state and municipal institutions, professional communities, mass media, local business, etc., to strengthen potential and capacity, sustainability of service provision, improve access to services, in particular for prevention HIV, human rights and humanitarian aid, increasing the "visibility" of the community in the region among society;
• Performing regular information and information support of activities and events carried out within the framework of this technical task, maintaining regional pages in social networks, in particular, in Instagram and Facebook, in messengers (channels/groups in Telegram, Facebook messenger, Wi-Fi etc.), in dating apps.
• Assessing the needs of MSM and implementing measures to meet these needs, in particular in response to needs in the context of gender-based and domestic violence, increasing barriers to HIV and TB services during full-scale hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.
• Reporting according to approved forms, participation in drawing up program reports to the donor, participation in organizational events and meetings within the framework of the activities of the program direction and the National LGBTI Consortium. II. Term of services/performance of works: from December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 with the possibility of extension III. Terms of payment

  Services are paid for in cashless form after their provision and signing of the Service Provision Act. It is expected that all expenses related to the provision of services within the framework of this competition are carried out by the service provider at its own expense. Prepayment is not provided. It is desirable to have a FOP of group III.

  Additional requirements for the candidate:

  • Willingness to act openly and position oneself in the interests of MSM and the LGBTI+ community.
  • Personal ideological agreement with the goal and tasks of the organization's advocacy and human rights activities.
  • Desired actual residence in Kyiv or geographically close to it.
  • Creative thinking, organizational skills, good communication skills, high self-organization, focus on results.
  • Absence of obvious or potential conflict of interests.
  • Willingness to work in a professional team of like-minded people.

  Cost of services (UAH per hour) or cost of work (without VAT) - 40%

  Work experience and necessary skills - 60%

  The winner of this procurement procedure will be determined within 2 (two) business days after the announcement ends. After the winner is selected, copies of all documents for this competition are sent to "100 percent of life" BO for review and approval and are reviewed by the specified donor within 10 working days. The results of the competitive selection will be communicated to all participants by sending appropriate messages by e-mail.
