of support will work with PHCs with the aim of
strengthening their organizational, managerial and professional capacity, in particular by implementing modern standards for the provision of rehabilitation services and accompanying change processes in health care institutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing individual and group mentoring support to management and key specialists of health care facilities (from 1 to 4 facilities per consultant).
- Consulting on organizational issues and providing rehabilitation services in accordance with modern standards.
- Supporting health care facilities in the implementation of changes aimed at improving the quality of services and work efficiency.
- Conducting an initial assessment of the capacity of each health care facility (organizational, personnel, clinical, and managerial). Development of an individual Capacity Building Plan for each HCP in close cooperation with the facility team.
- Coordinating the Capacity Building Plan with HCP representatives and project coordinators.
- Implementing a series of mentoring activities in accordance with the approved Plan.
- Conducting supervisory visits
- Providing practical recommendations and support in the implementation of the planned activities.
- Preparation of protocols and/or reports based on the results of each mentoring or supervision event.
- Documenting the progress of the HCW in achieving the goals of the Capacity Building Plan.
- Providing regular reports to the project coordinators in the specified format and within the established deadlines.
- Performance of other tasks that may arise in the course of the activity and are relevant to the project's purpose.
Candidate requirementsdate:
- Availability of practical experience in the provision of rehabilitation services in health care institutions.
- Knowledge of modern standards of rehabilitation care.
- Understanding the organization of work of health care facilities, interdisciplinary interaction and management processes in the field of health care.
- Experience in preparing analytical and reporting materials.
Desired requirements (advantages):
- Experience in providing mentoring, supervisory or consulting support HSE.
- Experience of participation in capacity building, reform or change implementation projects in the health care sector.
- Facilitation skills, adult education, coaching.
