Short description implementing activities of BO TBPeopleUkraine within the project
Within the project, the organization implements a set of activities aimed at raising awareness of TB and multidrug-resistant TB (including short regimens), strengthening motivational counseling skills, accessible services for people affected by tuberculosis, as well as strengthening intersectoral interaction between medical workers, social workers and representatives of civil society. One of the components of the project is the holding of a series of online webinars for different target audiences.
The purpose of the activity
Ensuring preparation and holding of thematic webinars for specialists involved in providing services to the affected people tuberculosis, in order to increase their knowledge and practical skills in issues of people-oriented approach, communication, adherence to treatment, overcoming stigma and intersectoralinteraction. The topics of the webinars correspond to the project's objectives to strengthen the professional competences of medical workers, social workers and representatives of NGOs.

Selection of a consultant to prepare and conduct webinars within the project aimed at strengthening the professional capacity of medical workers, social workers and representatives of NGOs in the field of human-oriented approach to TB, improvement of communication with patients, improvement of medical literacy and development of effective intersectoral interaction.
InvolvementGiven the different specialization and professional needs of the participants, a separate consultant who has the relevant thematic expertise may be engaged to conduct each separate webinar. At the same time, the technical task for consultants is generally similar, but the content of the webinar, examples, accents and practical recommendations are adapted to the specialization of the target audience. The structure of the webinars corresponds to the project approach, which provides for separate events for medical workers, for social workers and representatives of NGOs, a joint webinar for intersectoral interaction and a follow-up session.
Main job duties:
Preparation of the program and content of the webinar in accordance with the topic determined by the project team
Development or selection of short practical training materials, presentations and/or accompanying materials for participants
Covering topics related to a person-centered approach, TB and MR treatment, adherence to treatment, and communication with patients
Adherence to professional ethics, non-discriminatory and confidential approach.
Higher education in the relevant field

By signing and submitting their commercial proposal, the participant agrees to the following:
the participant is familiar with this announcement;
the organization is not obliged to accept the best price offer or any of the received offers until the signing of the procurement contract;
the organization does not have any obligations towards the procurement participants or potential procurement participants;
the organization reserves the right to reject commercial offers of all participants in the procurement procedure;
participation in the competition of related persons or collusion of competition participants is prohibited. If such facts are discovered, the results of the competition will be canceled or the contract with the relevant supplier will be prematurely terminated unilaterally with the return of everything received by such supplier under the contract and compensation for damages;
the organization reserves the right to engage several consultants from the same area.
The organizers of the competition reserve the right to replace the selected candidate in case of poor performance of project tasks.
IMPORTANT
Documents sent after the specified application deadline will not be considered.
Those candidates will be invited to the online interview, who will be previously selected based on the consideration of the resume and information specified in Appendix 1 to this announcement.
The winner of the competition will be notified no later than 10 working days after the end of the competition.
