The implementation activity includes the engagement of a consultant/facilitator to coordinate the process of preparing the event, refining the concept and program of the workshop, developing facilitation and methodical materials, as well as directly conducting and facilitating the event. font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Ensure high-quality preparation, conduct and effectiveness of the workshop through professional facilitation, which will contribute to the effective interaction of participants, the formation of agreed approaches and practical solutions, as well as to increase the ability of the involved parties to jointly respond to current challenges in the field of tuberculosis in military and humanitarian conditionscontext.

Selecting a consultant/facilitator to ensure effective management, coordination and facilitation of the process of preparing and conducting the workshop, in accordance with the project goals, internal procedures of the BO TBPeopleUkraine and the requirements of the Sida donor program, in order to achieve clear, fixed and practically applicable results of the event.

develop and/or finalize the workshop concept and program: formulating the goal and tasks of the event; definition of the logical structure of the workshop; preparation of a scenario plan; defining key topics and issues for discussion; selection of group, interactive and plenary work formats; coordinating the program with the organizers; prepare facilitation and methodical materials for the workshop, including presentation materials, instructions for group work, tasks for participants, templates for recording results, supporting materials for moderation; conduct and facilitate a one-day offline workshop, providing: facilitation of group and plenary sessions; moderation of discussions; involvement and support of active participation of participants; adherence to the timing, structure and logic of the event; coordination of transitions between program blocks; summarize the results of the workshop, in particular: record the key ideas, developments and proposals of the participants; form conclusions and recommendations based on the results of the event; prepare the final material; provide communication support after the workshop, including clarifying and finalizing results, finalizing summary materials and interacting with organizers as needed. Requirements for candidates higher education (education in social sciences, management, education, organizational development or related fields preferred); work experience as a consultant-facilitator, trainer or moderator; proven experience in preparing and conducting offline workshops, strategic or thematic sessions; possession of facilitation techniques and tools for working with groups; ability to effectively moderate discussions and work with group dynamics; skills of structuring and summarizing the results of discussions; experience in preparing summary, analytical or reporting materials; fluency in the Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be an advantage); good communication skills; ability to meet deadlines; To participate in the competition

If such facts are discovered, the results of the competition will be canceled or the contract with the relevant supplier will be prematurely terminated unilaterally with the return of everything received by such supplier under the contract and compensation for damages;
