Responsibilities: Working in an interdisciplinary group to provide restructuring services, mainly independent business analysis; Providing management support in the process of engagement planning and management; Conducting detailed financial analysis, financial modeling and reporting on results; Participation in the preparation of proposals for clients. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting and taxation; Basic knowledge of audit/operational services/corporate finance/corporate banking will be a plus; Basic knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards and IFRS will be a plus; Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point; Level of command of Ukrainian, English (written and spoken); Analytical abilities; Team player with good communication skills. Requirements : University Degree Economics, Finance, Accounting or Taxation; basic knowledge of audit/ transaction services/ corporate finance/ corporate banking would be a plus; basic knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards and IFRS would be a plus; Proficient knowledge of Excel and Power Point; Upper intermediate English, Ukrainian (written and spoken); Analytical mindset; Team player with good communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
