The demand for Microsoft solutions is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the need for businesses to abandon 1C and other Russian software. Therefore, we are expanding our project team and inviting a Functional consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral (BC/NAV).

< strong>Your key goals in this position:

• Participation in implementation and support projects of D365 Business Central for Ukrainian and foreign clients.
• Training, development and strengthening competences, study of the Innoware project methodology, passing the international Microsoft certification.

Key tasks:

• Communication with clients, description and analysis of business processes with the aim of transferring them to the system.
• Setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI.
• Creating project documentation, agreeing it with the client.
• Determining the time for completing tasks.
• Preparing technical tasks for the development team, communicating with them to implement modifications in the system.
• li>Conducting acceptance testing - ensuring compliance of the configured system with the needs and requirements of customers.
• Supporting customers during acceptance testing and deployment of new functions, Go-Live support.

< strong>In addition, in the future (or now, if you already have such experience):

• Mentoring less experienced specialists.
• Providing support during migration data.
• Integrations of Business Central with other systems / deptpostures.
• Ensuring quality control of tasks at various stages of the project.

Professional qualifications:

• From the 1st year of experience in the implementation of D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV in the role of a functional consultant / analyst. If you have experience participating in implementation projects as a System Architect and/or Project Manager (BC/NAV or other ERP or CRM systems), we will also offer you a suitable role at Innoware.
• Understanding all phases of an implementation project ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 BC/NAV standard functionality.
• Understanding of business processes – finance and/or logistics / trade / production etc. Willingness to learn new topics.
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher, fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• It will be an advantage: experience configuring Power BI; availability of Microsoft certification.
