Consultant-analyst 1C/BAS in Big Brain

Big Brain is a small company in the field of IT technologies. We help our clients to establish accounting processes in their companies and adapt them to the modern needs of the business world. We strive to comprehensively solve the problems of our clients, that is why we have directions: implementation and support of accounting systems; rental and maintenance of servers for accounting systems. We are growing and expanding our team, so we are currently looking for an experienced consultant-analyst on accounting systems. In this position, you will be involved in communicating with clients, identifying and describing development requirements, and then handing in completed tasks. You will also help clients solve their accounting issues. What tasks will you face: Process requests from clients related to improvements; Prepare technical tasks for improvements, coordinate them with developers and customers; Test tasks; Give customers completed tasks; Describe the mechanisms and refinements in the instructions; auxiliary processes; Quickly find and process the necessary information. Our requirements: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, where you have shown good results and your previous employer can confirm this; Have at least 1 year of experience as a 1C/BAS programmer to understand , how the configurations are arranged inside; Know the main areas of accounting in typical configurations: 1C UT, 1C UTP, 1C UVP, BAS UT, BAS Small business, BAS Accounting, BAS Accounting of the Corporation; Know and understand the basic concepts and principles of management and accounting; Have a higher economic or technical education; Fluency in oral and written Ukrainian and Russian languages. A little more about you: You are able to understand the essence of all requirements from the client and at the same time know which requirements can be covered by the typical functionality of the configurations, and which ones need to be refined; You are able without unnecessary words describe the requirements in the form of a technical task for developers; You will be able to carefully test the refinement and then demonstrate it to the client; You know how to use auxiliary processes, the request console to solve tasks from clients that do not require programming; You understand from which objects are configured and you know how to quickly find the causes of errors in accounting; you know how to resolve situations when the client adds new requirements after the agreement of the TOR, and how to agree with the client on unforeseen additional hours for development. What we offer you: Salary is 40,000 - 60 000 hryvnias; Remote work, which means that you will not need to go to the office every day; The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. During this time, you need to be always in touch; There are no business trips, we provide all services remotely Vacation — 24 calendar days a year with the possibility to take the first vacation after 6 months of work.
