• Understanding business processes of trading enterprises;
• Experience in solving user requests;

• Knowledge of 1C Enterprise, BAS UT, Jira, Excel;

   Functional duties:

  • Consulting and training users of information systems (BAS, MeDoc, BPM, etc.); 
  • Help in identifying errors in IS and correcting them (Jira); 
  • Writing and making changes to the current instructions for working with IS; 
  • Administration of system users (entry into the database, provision of access rights);
  • Processing tasks from users.
