• experience in the valuation of construction and/or assembly works - min. 1 year,
• knowledge of cost estimation principles and the ability to prepare cost estimates,
• ability to: analyze documentation received from the client, analyze and evaluate project documentation, analyze and evaluate subcontractors' offers,
• ability to assess the risks associated with the adopted solutions and estimate their cost,
• ability to work in a team,
• knowledge of cost estimating programs (e.g. Zuzia, Norma Pro) is welcome.
