Yourmain tasks will be:
- Control of quality, volumes and deadlines execution of work, consumption of materials and compliance of the materials used;
- Checking and control of executive documentation, work logs;
- Maintenance of cumulative information on objects;
- Performance of technical supervision, installation and commissioning works;
- Approval of technical solutions;
- Cooperation with the regional management of the gas station network;
- Interaction with engineers from other departments for coordination and planning of works of construction and repair;
- Providing advice and technical support to other employees;
- Formation and coordination of work with the tender department;
- Interaction with the procurement department. >
Weexpect from you:
- Higher engineering and technical education;
- Work experience in the field of construction for at least 5 years;
- High level of skills in working with software products MS Office, AVK, Autocad;
- Experience infinding price offers for construction works;
- Experience of maintaining a storage facility for the object;
- Ability to calculate the cost of works;
- Experience of checking the write-off of materials (M-29) ;
- Experience of checking the calculation of wages in the acts provided by contractors for compliance;
- Experience of forming contractual prices for general construction works, installation of metal structures, engineering systems; industrial construction, cottages (Excel, AVK);
- Experience in the formation of acts of executive works (Excel, AVK);
- Ordered documents, namely the available a military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
