Construction supervision engineer in Nemyriv in Nemiroff

The Nemiroff company is looking for a qualified Construction Supervision Engineer to work at our modern production facility in the city of Nemiriv, Vinnytsia region. Functional duties: work with project documentation and project organizations, including knowledge of the technology of conducting repair and construction works; organization and control of execution works by subcontractors, including analysis and verification of contracts, contract prices, and estimates; verification of volumes and quality of completed repair and construction works; approval of Acts of completed works and executive documentation to subcontractors; provision of information to the manager for the formation of operating and investment budgets, control over spending funds within the budget; drawing up applications for payment of works and materials performed by subcontractors or company employees; performing control and management of subordinate employees, including keeping records of the time worked and evaluating the performance of subordinates; carrying out preparatory measures for the performance of necessary work by subordinate employees, including calculation and provision of necessary materials, tools or equipment (if necessary). Candidate requirements: higher technical education; knowledge of the technology of construction and repair works; knowledge of the building materials market; work with project and estimate documentation; desire to work with AVK software complexes and CAD (will be an advantage); a basic level of mastery of Microsoft Office programs; it is desirable to have a qualification certificate of technical supervision (class СС3); the presence of orderly military records (for conscripts under 27 years of age - a "certificate of registration" or a military card, older than 27 years — military ID only).
