Construction services support manager in Fumigant Agro, TOV

The construction company "Fumigant Agro" is looking for a Construction Support Manager / Contractor to join its team.

Yourmain tasks will be:

• Control of the quality, volumes and deadlines of works, consumption of materials and conformity of the materials used;
• Check and control of executive documentation , work journals;
• Maintenance of cumulative information on objects;
• Approval of technical solutions;

• Interaction between contracting organizations for coordination and planning of construction and repair works;
• Providing advice and technical support to other employees ;
• Formation and coordination of work with the tender department;
• Interaction with the procurement department;
• Business trips to monitor construction sites (paid business trips).

Weexpect from you:

• Engineering and technical education;
• Experience in the field of construction for at least 5 years;
of works;
• Experience of maintaining a storage facility for the object;
• Ability to calculate the cost of works;

• Experience in verifying the write-off of materials (M-29);
• Experience in verifying the calculation of wages in acts provided by contractors on compliance;
• Experience in forming contractual prices for general construction works, installation of metal structures, engineering systems (Excel, AVK);
• Experience in creating acts of completed works;
• Experience in creating estimates in AVK will be your advantage;
• Category B driver's license

Working schedule: Mon.-Fri. from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.).
