SofiHouse is a developer of modern residential complexes in the Kyiv region.
The company is launching a new recruiting format and is opening a remote position to expand the team and accelerate the closing of labor specialties.
We are looking for a recruiter who can work autonomously, confidently keep the pace and build a stable flow of candidates in the construction industry segment.
Main tasks
launching vacancies and working with incoming applications;
active search in non-standard channels (OLX, Telegram groups, regional communities, recommendations);
telephone interviews, qualification and coordination of access to facilities;
daily analytics, entering data into tables/CRM;
interacting with the construction manager regarding priority positions.
Requirements for the candidate
experience in the selection of labor or technical specialties;
confident work with OLX, Telegram, groups and recommendations;
independence, discipline, internal motivation;
working skills in Excel / Google Sheets;
resistance to the pace and fast feedback cycle.
Terms
25,000 UAH fixed per month;
be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., fully remote work;
the main KPI is the number of closed vacancies;
mobile compensation;
manager support and a fast communication cycle.
What is important:
This is a new position that will help the company scale hiring. We need a person who knows how to work without control, keep the pace and deliver results on a daily basis.
