Requirements: >

• Higher engineering and technical education (construction, architecture, design);
• Work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation;
• Organizational abilities;
• Responsibility and systematic work;
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level (intermediate and higher);
• Availability driver's license (category B)

Responsibilities:

• Control and coordination of the work of contractors;
• Making decisions according to job instructions;
• Setting technical tasks and monitoring their implementation on the construction site;
• Development, control and coordination of plans and schedules for work, supply of materials to facilities of construction;
• Control over compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documentation;
• Control over compliance by employees with labor discipline, rules and regulations of labor protection;
