Vacancy from 04/17/2024 Position "Construction Project Manager". Main responsibilities: Organization of product creation (tasks, planning solutions, design project); Initiation and participation as part of a working group in the development of the project concept; determination of technical solutions for the project (together with the operation dept. and physical director); participation (together with the legal department) in the preparation of legal documentation; organization of the signing of the (general) contract/s; formation and updating of the construction and assembly work schedule; initiation and participation (together with the budget specialist) in the development of the project budget; Protection of the project budget (justification of technical solutions and financial indicators of the projects); Initiation and participation (together with findep) in the development of the project financing schedule; Formation and updating of the schedule of issuing projects, conducting tenders, concluding contracts and supplies of materials; Formation and transfer to fin. department of monthly applications for financing; Formation of weekly applications for financing in 1C; Control of construction terms according to the schedule of project implementation; Control of compliance with technical and architectural/design decisions of implemented objects; Control of implementation of the project budget, in case of budget deviations in the direction of increase options for project optimization; Transfer of the finished object to the operation of the operation department. Requirements for candidates: Education - higher technical construction, engineering; Requirement for work experience in positions: project manager, DIP from 5 years; Ability to manage subordinates (up to 10 people); Construction of a commercial real estate; Construction of residential real estate; Realization of interior decoration and networks of commercial real estate; Budget of object implementation; Plan-schedule of object implementation; Project control system; Basic norms DBN 2.2-9:2018; Technology of main construction processes; Ownership AutoCAD, Excel, 1C software products; Knowledge of ETR, VC, SPZ, SKS systems; Principles of project budget formation, ability to defend proposed solutions.
