Type of employment: full-time employment on a permanent basis

Main duties:

• Organization and management of the construction project (laboratory/warehouse /production)
• Planning of project execution terms and estimates
• Setting tasks and communication with architects, planners, designers, subcontractors, technical specialists, etc.
• Approval of project documentation in expertise, control of terms and quality of project documentation development
• Project approval. Coordinating the execution of the work of contractors, subcontractors, designers in accordance with the terms of delivery/changes to the project
• Compilation of work execution schedules and financing
• Monitoring and control of construction stages, compliance with object quality indicators< /li>
• Control of completed work volumes by construction organizations, according to approved schedules and deadlines
• Maintenance of document management (invoices, reports of completed works, etc.) as necessary.
