Construction project manager (industrial construction) in Euro Food Service

In connection with the start of the project on the construction of new production facilities, "Euro Food Service" LLC is considering candidates for the position of construction engineer (industrial construction). Requirements: higher specialized education; work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years (exclusively in industrial construction ); knowledge of the procedure for drawing up design and estimate and other technical documentation; knowledge of regulatory documents regarding construction and assembly works; knowledge of standards, technical conditions for building materials, parts, structures; knowledge of the basics of production technology and methods of conducting industrial construction and assembly works; knowledge the order of acceptance of objects and methods of quality control of the performed works; Responsibilities: Carrying out daily control over the progress of construction and assembly works; Preparing and timely submitting to the relevant authorities the necessary design, construction and technical documentation. Identifying non-compliance with technical requirements, specifications or deviations from the approved technical documentation (drawings and materials); Participate in the signing of executive and technical documentation, control the timely submission, executive and technical documentation, keeping special logs of work performance. in terms of terms / quality / dynamics of BMR / causes of backlog (if any) / necessary measures to make up the backlog; Interaction with contracting/subcontracting organizations; Carry out incoming quality control of materials, tools and equipment used; Identify non-compliance with technical requirements, specifications or deviations from the approved technical documentation (drawings and materials); Monitor actions to eliminate defects associated with a decrease in quality or identified inconsistencies; Participate in the inspection and acceptance of acts of completed works based on actually completed and accepted works; Carry out acceptance of finished objects; Working conditions: Location - Bila Tserkva; Official employment and the market level of the official salary; Provision of a full social package within the framework of current legislation + medical insurance.
