Responsibilities:

• Control of the terms of repair and finishing works in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Control over compliance with the technical norms for the performance of repair and finishing works in accordance with the regulatory and legal framework in the field of construction, DBN, etc. documentation.
• Budgeting and monitoring of its compliance.
• Making requests for materials and monitoring their implementation by relevant structural units.
• Interaction with all structural units of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher engineering - construction education.
• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year at commercial real estate objects (malls, supermarkets, office centers, etc. .).

• Readiness to short-term business trips (1-2 days)
