Construction project manager, assistant manager in Arena, TRC

Requirements: Work experience in the field of construction from 5 years; punctuality in the performance of assigned tasks, sociability, respectful attitude towards colleagues, desire to develop, discipline, responsibility, attention to details, decency, honesty, accuracy. Working conditions: five-day working day, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Responsibilities: obtaining documents for ownership/use of a plot of land for development (excerpts from the EDRRP, lease agreements); obtaining changes in the purpose of the land plot (excerpts from the DZK); next cadastral plan; receipt of topographic surveys (1:500, 1:2000); receipt of reports of engineering and geological investigations; receipt of MBU (MUO), technical conditions; preparation of initial data for the design of the construction object in accordance with the requirements of DBN; preparation of documentation for carrying out an examination of the construction project, communicating with experts and obtaining reports of the examination of the project (stages P, RP); ordering and purchasing materials; control of the team that performs the work; management and control of document flow; interaction between the customer and contracting design organizations at all stages of project management ( design, construction, commissioning); putting objects into operation (control of preparation of documents).
