Responsibilities: Implementation of effective management at all stages of project implementation; Conducting negotiations and establishing partnerships with contractors to ensure successful cooperation; Responsibility for financial and time indicators of project implementation; Active participation in tenders for selection general contracting; Analysis and optimization of costs to ensure efficient use of resources and maximization of profitability; Development and implementation of risk management strategies to reduce possible negative impacts on the project; Tracking and guaranteeing timely completion of project tasks and achievement of set deadlines.
